Refund Policy

At Redwood Administrative Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality administrative support. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established this Refund Policy to address situations where a refund may be appropriate.

Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services. By making a payment to Redwood Administrative Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Service Policy

Redwood Administrative Services provides professional digital and remote administrative services. Because our work product is intangible and delivered electronically, all sales are generally considered final once work has been completed and delivered. This policy reflects the nature of digital services, where the value is in the time, expertise, and labor applied — not in a physical product that can be returned.

We encourage all clients to communicate their requirements clearly before work begins to minimize the need for revisions or disputes. We are committed to working with you to ensure satisfaction within the scope of the original project agreement.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • You cancel a project request before any work has commenced
  • We are unable to fulfill the service as agreed due to circumstances on our end
  • The deliverable substantially fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications and we are unable to correct it through reasonable revisions

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to KevinMichaelHolt@yahoo.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Completed Work

Once a project has been completed and delivered to the Client, the associated fees are non-refundable unless the deliverable materially fails to meet the written specifications agreed upon prior to the start of work.

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • Change of mind after work has been completed
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences not specified in the original project brief
  • Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required information or materials
  • Client's decision not to use the completed deliverable
  • Minor errors that can be corrected through reasonable revisions

We offer reasonable revisions on all completed projects. If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, please contact us and we will work to address your concerns before a refund is considered.

4. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you wish to cancel a project request before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made. To cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible via email at KevinMichaelHolt@yahoo.com.

"Work commencement" is defined as the point at which we have begun reviewing, researching, or actively working on your project. We will confirm in writing when work has officially begun.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before full completion, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation.

The partial refund amount will be calculated as follows: the total project fee minus the value of work completed, documented, and/or delivered up to the cancellation date. We will provide a written breakdown of work completed upon request.

Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to reach a fair resolution.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of written approval. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

You will receive a written confirmation when your refund has been approved and processed. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of confirmation, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

7. Contact for Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal or informal requests will not be processed. To submit a refund request, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Project name or description
  • Date of payment and amount paid
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation
